Western blot analysis of Ca1 was performed by loading Mouse liver tissue lysate (24µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Ca1 antibody (Product # PA5-49698) at a 1/450 dilution for 2 minutes, followed by Donkey anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/3000 dilution.
